Viking – Venlo, The Netherlands – January 2026 – Present
Responsible for multilingual content creation and management across English and French. Work with Axite (AI platform) to review and generate product descriptions, ensuring content accuracy, brand consistency, and scalability across the product catalogue. Handle studio photography for people and product shoots, operating DSLR equipment, professional lighting, and tethered capture workflows with post-production in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom Classic. Collaboration with the creative team to align written material with visuals, brand voice and campaign requirements.
Viking – Venlo, The Netherlands – November 2021 to December 2025
Responsible for English-to-French translation of product descriptions and marketing content, ensuring linguistic accuracy, brand consistency, and cultural appropriateness. Manage product content in STEP (Stibo Systems), handling data imports/exports and attribute updates, and leverage CAT tools to support large-scale translation workflows. Worked extensively with SDL Trados Studio and SDL Multiterm to manage translation workflows, maintain translation memories, and ensure terminology consistency at scale. Collaborated with content and marketing teams to align translated material with brand voice and campaign requirements, while managing multiple concurrent projects independently within tight deadlines. As AI-assisted content generation was introduced, took on the review and post-editing of AI-generated content, ensuring output met quality standards and required linguistic nuance before publication.
Viable Community (online position) – February 2025 to June 2026
Helped with the redesign of the organisation’s website and contributed to the creation of a user-focused Web3 marketplace. Helped build a scalable design system in Figma and conducted UX research, accessibility tests, and usability testing to ensure an inclusive and intuitive user experience. Utilised Figma Make to design and prototype the donation page and its end-to-end workflow, translating UX decisions into a functional, user-ready experience. Collaborated closely with developers and content creation teams throughout the project.
Best Buy Canada – Vancouver, Canada – September 2019 to March 2021
Reviewed and translated digital and print marketing materials from English to French, ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural appropriateness across all content. Maintained brand consistency across bilingual outputs and collaborated with the print design team to align written content with visual deliverables.

Completed intensive training covering UX research fundamentals, inclusive design principles, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototyping. Developed hands-on experience with Figma through practical projects and UX case studies, building job-ready skills in user-centred design.
